| March - April 2013 | Evaluation and selection process. |
| Mid-April 2013 | Opening of the registration to the conference. |
| Mid-May 2013 | Notification of acceptances (and refusals) and instructions for full texts. Publication of list with the accepted papers (and posters). |
| June 30, 2013 | Final date for 'early bird' registration. |
| September 1, 2013 | Deadline for reception of full texts of papers to be presented and discussed during the conference. Only the papers for which one author at least is registered by September 1 (payment validated) will be included in the Conference program! |
